How are fees structured?
The Diagnostic is a fixed fee, agreed before work starts. The Advisory Cadence is a monthly fee with a three-month minimum term. Fixed-term executive cover is priced for the agreed period. Every proposal sets out the fee, what it includes and what is not yet known, so there are no surprises later.
How long does an engagement last?
The Diagnostic runs for six weeks. The Advisory Cadence runs monthly, with a three-month minimum. Fixed-term executive cover typically runs from three to nine months, with a planned handover to a permanent leader. Russell will recommend the shortest engagement that answers the question in front of you.
Where does Russell work?
Russell is based in Sydney and works with clients across Australia, in person or by video. Having led technology across three continents and ten countries, he is used to working with international owners and teams, and travels for engagements where being in the room matters.

Yes. Everything you share in an enquiry or a first conversation is treated as confidential, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any detail is discussed.
